with osql , you can run sql-server script from terminal or batch file
run script file and put message and error in file :
osql -S(server-address) -U(user-name) -P(password) -i (input-script-file.sql) 1>>msg.txt 2>>err.txt

run script file and show message and error in console :
osql -S(server-address) -U(user-name) -P(password) -i (input-script-file.sql)
